Wendy Chandler, CPCS, CPMSM

Wendy has over 25 years of experience in the credentialing industry and has a B.A. degree from Berry College in Rome, Georgia. She is both a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) and is accredited with a Certified Professional Medical Staff Services Management (CPMSM) certification.

Emily Tharpe

Emily has 16 years experience in medical office administration and medical credentialing.  She studied Business/Healthcare Administration at Northwest Florida State College. She has worked with Credentialing Counts since 2016 and specializes in provider enrollment. 

Deborah Richardson, CPCS

Deborah has worked as a Credentialing Specialist for over 16 years.  She has a degree in Health Information Management and received her Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification in June 2006 from NAMSS.   She has worked with Credentialing Counts since 2017.

Laura Capps

Laura earned her Associates degree from Wallace College in 1989 and  Bachelors degree in Accounting from Troy University-Dothan Campus in 1992 .  She has over 25 years of provider enrollment experience.  She has worked with Credentialing Counts since 2017.
